MahaRERA REAL ESTATE AGENT TRAINING

FAQ

As the Agents are one of the important stakeholders of the real estate business, they have to be upgraded and learn the needs of the customers to help and serve them more professionally. RERA has bought a lot of new rules and controls for this business and has made Agents equally responsible for making a customer-centric business and also protecting their interests.

Therefore, to bring a certain level of consistency in the practices of real estate agents and enhance knowledge and awareness of regulatory framework and practices, MahaRERA has introduced a Capacity Building and Certification Program for Real Estate Agents.

In many countries, including the USA, Singapore, Australia, Dubai, etc, Real Estate Agents need to undergo professional training and certification before practicing their profession. ( Just Like any other profession like CA, Lawyer, CS, etc.)

It is mandatory for all the brokers or agents involved in selling new real estate properties (residential, commercial, retail, and plotted properties). Even if you are registered with MahaRERA, you have to undergo this training to renew your MahaRERA registration.

You will also understand the real estate market and the best practices. At the end of the course, you will undergo a mock test and after passing the mock test, a NAREDCO-REMI certificate will be issued as a testimonial of your course completion.

If you are not a certified agent, the developers will not involve you in project sales. Today customers are also well-informed, they may not be interested to deal with unregistered agents. Thus you will lose business and credibility in the market.

The training institute will issue a certificate of attendance and will share all the details with the MahaRERA authority.

Thereafter agents have to register with MahaRERA with appearing for Real Estate Agents Certification Exam.

If you have missed the sessions, we will share the recordings only for 3 sessions. This is to ensure that you have 100% attendance and learning.
