Following completion of the training, agents are subjected to an examination where they must achieve a minimum score of 40 out of 100 to pass. As per Order No. 41B/2023 dated 13.12.2023 only the agents who have valid MahaRERA Real Estate Agent Certificate of Competency can apply for Registration/Renewal of Registration. Existing registered agents shall obtain a certificate of competency for compliance.
